How to disjoint a pig

After a long summer break, it’s now time for some more illustrations for the health magazine Vitalt Vetande. This is a pig with lines indicating the parts.

I guess I´ll try it within a year or so.

As you well know I dislike the modern meatindustry but like meat. Therefore I keep my own livestock which we have plans to expand with pigs in the spring. I am specially eager to try to prepare and smoke my own bacon.

And by the way, nice drawing. The pig almost seem alive, which is an exciting contrast to the sterile butchering instructions....
