Cottidae

The Cottidae family comprises some 300 demersal species that are mostly marine and found in shallow coastal waters in the northern regions. The Clobberhead, Pogge, and Bullhead are also found in the brackish Baltic Sea.

Thanks, everybody! Yes, the species illustrations are for a guide to the animals of the Bothnian Sea - the northern part of the Baltic.
